"I've been going to the gym for years off and on. I lift, run, etc. Myweight was going up and down but never really steady decreasing. I think I mayhave hit a plateau during that period. I needed to ramp things up so I startedCombat Conditioning with Micah. I take several classes at my gym but Micah'sclass is the definition of HIIT. In the last month I've put on muscle and lostalmost 10 lbs. My conditioning is getting better as well, last week, for thefirst time, I still had lots of energy after class.
